  • I use a technique called Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, this is a fusion of cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive therapy, solution- focused approaches, goal setting theory and social cognitive Theory. 

  • A holistic approach is used, meaning I provide support that looks at the whole person- including their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellness.

  • We focus on the present as a way to change the future by evaluating the past.

  • By working together we will identify what is the root of the problem, what might be stopping you from reaching full potential and what action is needed to take charge of the situation. 

  • I use a range of methods and techniques which can be applied and adapted to any goals or circumstances.

  • 1 client check-in Call.

  • 1 hour session per week.

  • Client Check-in calls. 

  • Continual contact if client feels necessary.  

  • Meditation and spirituality/ energy guidance.

  • Meditation Classes.
