What’s your Morning routine?

So many people underestimate the benefits of having a consistent, productive and calming morning routine.

I always hear people say they don’t have time for a morning routine but this just isn’t true. Just wake up earlier. I know that sounds horrible, but I promise when you make a change in your morning routine you will reap the benefits. Waking up that hour earlier will be worth it.

My morning routine usually consists of;

Getting out of bed

Going down stairs- opening the blinds

Boil kettle- Drink my hot lemon water or tea

Mediate

Journal

Get dressed

5k walk with my dog


This routine usually takes me around 1-2 hours and it makes me feel so much more productive, positive and confident. Having that time to myself in the morning allows me to put my all in to my business, my family and friends. It ultimately makes me a better coach, friend, daughter, etc.

One of the first things we do in our coaching sessions- no matter what the goal- is take a look at the clients morning routine and alter it to ensure the most effective, productive and positive routine is set, one the client will enjoy and will look forward to getting out of bed for.
